Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not fill your needs and may need to be returned. We appreciate your business so we will make your return transaction smooth and prompt. Your return will be credited to your method of payment within 3 days of receiving your return. Please allow two billing cycles for your return to show on your statement. We will pick up the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment or a damaged or defective product.

Returns Instructions

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact us by e-mail prior to shipping, for authorization and return instructions. Please send your request by replying to the confirmation e-mail you received after your purchase so we can process your request quickly. If you have lost it, please use our feedback form instead. A short explanation of why the product did not suit your needs is not necessary, but we would greatly appreciate it so we can meet our valued customers' needs better. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS. We will pick up the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment or a damaged or defective product. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

NOTE: We only pay for ground service on returned shipments. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. CODs are not accepted.
